Piñeiros 23 exposes the levels of innovation in the timber forestry chain

On October 10 took place the Piñeiros 23 conference, third intersectoral meeting of pine in Galicia, organized by the Arume Foundation with the support, among others, of our Galician partners of the AFG. A very interesting day that had as guest region the Basque Country.
This event was a great opportunity to check the levels of innovation in the forestry-wood chain. Piñeiros 23 addressed issues such as the construction of low-impact buildings with conifers from southern Europe, innovation and cooperation in the genetic improvement of radiata pine and bioeconomy and wood in rural areas (furniture, wine, art and tourism). During the conference, the support of the Xunta de Galicia to the Galician forestry-wood sector was evident.
